Terms & Agreement

NO Smoking/Vaping or any other smoke, smokeless electronic devices permitted on the property.  You will be asked to leave.

There are inherent risks in participating in activities on working farms.

Your visit to Harvest View Farm (dba Harvest View Greenhouses) may involve:

1. Walking on the grounds, in the fields, and on pathways, which can pose the risk of tripping or falling, due to surface and sub-surface conditions of the land, vegetation, or water, including uneven or slippery surfaces, rocks and or other obstructions or hidden objects.
2. Exposure to farm implements to have been provided to visitors to use to ride on.
3. Use of all Fall Activities
4. Exposure to farm animals, wild animals, and insects.
5. The lack of care for other visitors, causing injury or property damage to others.

 

Section 18-303(f) of the New York State General Obligation Law provides that owners and operators complying with the provisions of section 18-303(d) of the Safety in Agricultural Tourism Act shall not be liable for visitor’s injury

1. Exercise reasonable care regarding the disclosure risks of the agricultural activity:
2. Reasonably comply with posted way-finding signs.
3. Reasonably remain in areas designed for activity.
4. Reasonably follow all verbal or written and conspicuously posted rules of conduct; and
5. Not willfully remove, deface, alter, or otherwise damage signage, warning devices, or other safety devices.

We will provide a safe and fun attraction for all participants. However, as with any Agri-tainment type attraction, there are inherent risks associated there within. When you purchase your ticket, you acknowledge that you understand those risks and agree to release Harvest View Farm (dba Harvest View Greenhouses) all Fall Fest Attractions/Agri-tainment, and all of its members, employees, subcontractors, and volunteers from any and all liability whatsoever that may arise directly or indirectly from your presence on the premises. We are not responsible for your clothing, personal effects, or vehicles, Park and enter at your own risk!

*This Agri-tainment facility reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone! No profanity/inappropriate language or nudity/partial-nudity, unauthorized alcohol use to minors—smoking, vaping, drug use, under the influence of alcohol and or drugs.  You may NOT bring onto the premises any of the following: alcohol, drugs, lighters, guns, knives, weapons, paintballs, paintball guns.  We are family-friendly and intend to keep it that way. You will experience intense audio, lighting, low visibility, strobe lights, damp conditions, and special effects. You should not enter if you suffer from any of the following health ailments: asthma or respiratory condition, any heart conditions, are prone to seizures, or pregnant, if you choose to enter it is at your own risk. If you have any physical disabilities that require more assistance, please contact us prior to purchasing tickets to determine accessibility. Harvest View Farm (dba harvest View Greenhouses) will make all attempts to accommodate all who wish to participate. NO touching of the props, customers or the actors in the attraction. No pets allowed. For the safety of all patrons please leave your beloved pets behind. You will not be admitted and will be asked to leave the property if any of the above rules are not followed. NO REFUNDS! We are rain or shine attraction/facility!

We will take photographs and video. By participating, you agree to permit Harvest View Farm (dba Harvest View Greenhouses) Agri-tainment Center to take and use such photographs and video for promotional marketing, including but not limited to social media sites. We will not charge a fee for your copying and redistribution of such photos and videos. 

If you are unprepared or unwilling to participate in the agricultural tourism activity due to its inherent risks or the duties described above, you should not participate In the activities offered on this farm.
